1 1/3 cups mix spelt and oat flour
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup or stevia
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil (45g)
2 tbsp water
🍎4 cups peeled apple, sliced thin (400g)
🍏pinch stevia OR 2-4 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey 🍯
🍎 1 tablespoon corn flour
🍏 juice from one big orange & 1 tsp orange zest
🍎 1 tsp vanilla
🍎optional 1/2 cup raw walnuts, diced small
🍏optional 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 175 C , line the bottom of an 8-inch springform or removable-bottom tart pan with parchment, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry crust ingredients, then stir in the oil and water to make a dough.
Save 2-3 tablespoons of dough for the topping
Transfer to the prepared pan, press down hard, and bake 12-15 minutes on the center rack.

In a pan cook the apple & sweetener and remain ingredients on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes! 🍎
Then spread evenly over the baked crust. Sprinkle the remaining dough as a crumble evenly over the apples.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until apples are soft and tender. Allow to cool 20 minutes before removing the springform.
